Self aligning turning roller rotator puts the round workpiece on the rotator, and the rotator rotates to drive the workpiece to rotate and the speed is adjustable
According to the number of driving motors, the roller rotator can be divided into single motor roller rotators and double motor roller rotators.
The roller turning rolls are composed of mechanical and electrical parts, and the mechanical part is composed of active and driven parts.
The working mode of the turning rotator is that the motor of the driving wheel and the reducer run synchronously, and the stepless speed regulation is realized through the frequency conversion controller, the mechanical transmission noise is low, the workpiece rotation is stable, and the linear speed of the workpiece rotation is steplessly adjusted.
The center distance of the KT adjustable roller frame can be adjusted by bolts according to the user's needs.
The center distance of the ZT self-adjusting Self-aligning roller rotators can be automatically adjusted according to the size of the cylinder.
