For the positioning and rotation of cylindrical constructions (such as wind towers, cisterns, tubes, and pipes), roller beds or self aligning welding rotators were created to help with various operations like SAW or MIG/MAG, painting, or assembly.
The rotation of the self-aligning roller bed is driven by a variable speed alternator, ideal for producing units of different diameters.
With this equipment, the adjustment process becomes easier and faster, and we are able to produce self-aligning roller beds with a load capacity up to 1000 tons.
