What is a Welding Rotator?
A welding rotator is a device that makes welding pipes and other circular items more simpler.
They can work with little or large sizes and save time by fusing together two moving pieces of metal.
This frees up both hands so you can concentrate on welding!
They reduce handling, boost productivity, and significantly raise the caliber of work produced by welders of all skill levels.
All the welding rotators are composed of drive rotator and Idler rotator, they can complete the load-bearing capacity of 1000kg to 500T, which is ideal for spin welding tanks.
Metal rollers bonded to polyurethane for quick and accurate centering adjustments
Foot control switch for stop/start makes work easier 
Specifications:
The adjustable welding rotator refers to manually adjusting the distance of the rollers to adapt to workpieces of different diameters. According to the adjustment form, it can be divided into screw adjustment welding rotator and lead screw adjustment welding rotator (manual or electric).
According to the driving form, it can be divided into: cycloidal type, worm gear type;
According to user needs, the roller can be made into: rubber wheel, polyurethane wheel, steel rubber combination wheel, steel wheel.
The handheld device can be made into switch control type and wireless remote control type.
According to the actual application requirements, the roller frame can be made into manual/electric walking welding rotators, hydraulic tilting welding turning roller, anti-channeling pipe rollers, paired turning rolls, lifting welding rotator, etc.
