What daily maintenance do I need to do after first use of Adjustable welding rotator?
1.The obstacles on the welding roller should be eliminated before use, and the fire source and raw oil should not be touched.
2.The oil labels of the rolling bearings and rolling bearing cover are smooth.
3.The worm wheel of the transmission system should remove the protective film of the transmission gear at the initial use, and brush a small amount of smooth oil on the transmission gear.
4.A small amount of clean oil should be added before the application of the thread of the patch, and the residual pollution oil must be eliminated when disassembling.
5.In order to make the device better work, all the transmission system needs to be lubricated on time, and the Welding rotor wire reducer must be queried once a month to fill the clean oil.
6. All transmission system parts on the welding turning rolls cannot be used before lubrication.
