A. Adopting a double-layer manual feeding, automatic feeding, automatic welding, and automatic unloading device, utilizing advanced PLC control system and flexible human-machine interface control, as well as precise servo motor drive system, a continuous automatic feeding and welding mechanism is formed. The welding machine has two sets of workpiece molds, front and back. When welding in one mold, other molds place the workpiece. After welding, the two molds exchange workstations to continue welding and placing the workpiece. And through the human-machine interface and PLC controller, it is convenient to weld different specifications of mesh, while storing and memorizing more than 100 mesh sequences.
B. This machine has stable welding and simple operation. Reduce physical exertion of personnel, reduce labor intensity, and have low technical requirements for operators. Generally, personnel can start working after about 2 days of training. Simultaneously, more effectively improving production efficiency and product quality.
C. The gantry welding machine adopts a ¥ 80mm three-stage pressurized cylinder manufactured with original Japanese structural drawings, which is lightweight and flexible, with buffering function. The cylinder stroke can be adjusted according to needs, with the maximum stroke reaching 80mm, effectively ensuring and balancing the pressure during welding, and achieving the best welding effect. The cylinder placement adopts a dovetail groove hanging fixing method, and the lower copper electrode is combined with a T-shaped groove and trapezoidal copper, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the welding changes of the workpiece. At the same time, the lower copper electrode is equipped with a double lower cylinder with a stroke of 20mm and a stroke of 50mm, and the double lower cylinder also has a 35mm stroke adjustment function to facilitate the adjustment of different molds and injection stroke. The double lower cylinder is equipped with a balance uranium to ensure that both ends are balanced and rise in place simultaneously.
