The rollers on the welding roller stand are made of various materials, mainly polyurethane rollers, steel-rubber combination rollers, etc.

1.Polyurethane roller turning welding rotator has good oil resistance, toughness, wear resistance and aging resistance.
The polyurethane rollers for the roller rack produced by our factory are made of imported polyurethane and have high tensile strength, tear strength and wear resistance.
And other properties are 3-5 times higher than ordinary rubber.
2.The steel-rubber combination wheel has a large pressure bearing capacity and a long rubber wheel life.
The main drive worm adopts ZC arc-toothed cylindrical worm, and the tooth surface of the worm is quenched and ground.
The load capacity of welding rotator is twice that of the ordinary cylindrical worm, with high efficiency and long service life.
